Full senior sessions include 2 locations, in addition to my Ravenswood studio. Many Glenview seniors love mixing a local spot with a downtown Chicago location for variety.
Where can I take my senior photos in Glenview?
This is another area where there will be so much more information headed your way, but to start — this is the time to pull out all the stops!! Most seniors bring about 3–5 outfits for their sessions. Full senior sessions include personalized styling support and unlimited outfit changes. Outfits range from really dressy (think homecoming dresses!) to super casual (like skateboarding attire.) It all depends on your style. The #1 rule is to stay true to your personal style. Always.
What should I wear for my senior photos?
A full senior session lasts approximately 3–4 hours (starting with and including hair/makeup application.) I like to continue shooting until the sun sets — that golden hour light is everything and it makes your senior portraits glow.
How long will my glenview senior session last?
I'd say 99.9% of the people that come to me say they feel awkward in front of the camera before we start. But I will help you with posing — I'll show you what to do, how to do it, and what to do with your hands (which is always the most awkward part!) I'll also show you the back of my camera during the session, so you'll see how photogenic you ACTUALLY are. Once we get going, you won't feel awkward — you'll feel (and look) like a pro. I've got you!
What if I’m awkward in front of the camera?
I understand. Many seniors that come to me haven't ever had their hair/makeup professionally done and may be concerned about not looking like themselves, or too much makeup being applied. I work with the BEST artists in Chicago and they are trained to apply makeup specifically for the camera. They will work closely with you to make sure you are happy with the result. (And fix it if you aren't.) I always recommend that seniors bring in hair/makeup inspo to show the artist — this is always helpful. (I also go over this during our zoom call)
I’m nervous about having my Hair/Makeup done.
Approximately two weeks after your session you'll be invited to the studio to view and order your images. (I can't wait for you to see them!)
When will my senior photos be ready to order?
I place a high value on customer service, and my goal is to make things as easy and seamless for you as possible. You'll order your photos at an in-person ordering session approximately two weeks after your senior photo session. Clients find this ordering session to be fun and easy!
How do I order my Graduation Photos?
Prints and products are ready four to six weeks after your order has been placed.
When will my final products be ready?
Absolutely! I've photographed seniors from Glenbrook South, Glenbrook North, New Trier, Loyola Academy, and high schools across Chicago's North Shore. No matter which school you go to, your session is built entirely around you — not a cookie-cutter template.
